First of all it’s a small company and the owner himself shows up for inspection and estimate so you know they don’t have the normal sales pitch you get like with other roofing companies, anyway Lance Raven the owner looked and fully inspected my roof and this is what i appreciate, not only his bid was the least expensive but he told me honestly I don’t need a new roof quite yet as I still have several years left and don’t need to rush for a new roof.
