Once exposed, we addressed the gapped skip sheeting by overlaying new plywood decking—a crucial upgrade that ensures long-term structural integrity and a smooth foundation for the new roofing system. During the tear-off, we also discovered damaged trusses, which were repaired promptly to restore strength and support to the roof system.
But the highlight of this project was the TPO membrane installation on the low-slope breezeway that connects the main house to the garage.
