This project in Ogden, Utah started with a common issue:
An older patio cover built with lightweight, wind-damaged metal roofing and minimal structural support.
Over time, that kind of setup doesn’t just wear down…It becomes a risk.
Instead of patching over the problem, we rebuilt it the right way.
Here’s what we did:
- Reinforced the structure with 4×4 support posts
- Installed 2×6 sistered trusses to strengthen the frame
- Replaced the existing material with a new metal PBR roofing panel system
This wasn’t just a roofing job. It was a structural upgrade.
Now the patio cover isn’t just standing…It’s supported.
